When she came to explain the process of selling my home I was very impressed. She was prepared with all the information I needed to know in order to made a decision. I was thinking in talking with at least a couple of realtors before signed a contract, but after talking with Nancy I knew immediately she was the realtor I need to sell my home. She was available every step of way. She made everything very easy and stress free.

There were so many ups and downs with the mortgage company I came to Nancy with, and she was so positive and supportive when I couldn’t be. In the end of closing, due to the mortgage company, the deal almost fell through. Thanks to Nancy’s professionalism and outstanding ability to stay on a timeline and perform, we were able to work with the mortgage company and close effectively. Not to mention-getting a house I thought I wouldn’t be able to afford, down to my budget I was approved for. The realtor I had prior to Nancy made me question why I had to pay for their service. After my experience with Nancy I was happy to pay the percentage!

When we hit a snag with insurance she was able to extend our timeline and keep us on track. She was very quick and professional.

The whole process was smooth (with minor bumps) and Nancy was transparent and kept communication open between all parties involved on both ends. I purchased my home with a VA loan and she made sure we didn’t miss any boxes when it came to meeting all the inspection requirements for that loan.
